Service Description

Coaching includes navigating sensitive issues and the emotional and psychological impact of distressing events and workplace aggressions. Each session aims to cultivate awareness, empathy, and actionable strategies to promote a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture and support each individual to process their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and rebuild a sense of safety and confidence in their work environment.
