The Details

This interactive 4-hour working session moves beyond theory to help theatre professionals turn DEIA values into actionable systems and everyday practices. Through guided discussions, systems mapping, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore how accessibility, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion show up in real workplace dynamics, and where they need strengthening.

The training culminates in role-specific breakout sessions for producers, union representatives, creatives, and production teams, where participants collaborate to build practical tools they can immediately implement - from equitable budgeting checklists to rehearsal room communication scripts. Grounded in collaboration and real-world application, this session equips participants with strategies to foster more sustainable, inclusive, and accountable theatre environments
