What does your body remember? What does it need? And what happens when we actually make space to listen?

In the Body is a creative wellness gathering centered on the physical experiences of Black people. Through zine-making, guided conversation, reflection, and simple wellness exercises, we’ll explore the ways stress, joy, rest, work, identity, and environment live in the body.

This is part conversation, part creative practice, part exhale. Come make something, move a little, reflect, and connect with other people interested in imagining healthier ways of being in our bodies.
