Departmental Mentorship & Support

Designed for departments seeking tailored support from an experienced mentor in their field, HTE provides customized coaching, tools, and resources to strengthen how teams work together and sustain their work over time.

Through a DEIA and organizational wellness lens, departments receive practical, research-informed support to improve communication, team efficiency, systems design, leadership practices, and workplace culture. HTE works alongside each department to understand its unique challenges and develop resources and strategies that can be applied directly within the workplace.

Support may include customized coaching, strategic management tools, interpersonal and communication practices, DEIA-centered systems design, practical workplace exercises, and access to HTE resources and technologies.

The goal is not simply to train your department, but to provide an ongoing thought partner and mentor who can help your team work more effectively, communicate more intentionally, and build healthier, more equitable systems.
